Marketing Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Marketing Co-ordinator will be responsible for supporting and executing marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and product sales.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Social Media Management: Manage and grow our social media profiles by creating and curating content, monitoring engagement, and responding to customer inquiries.

Collaboration: Work closely with graphic designers, copywriters, and external agencies to create marketing materials and assets that align with brand guidelines.

Customer Engagement: Foster and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent communication, addressing inquiries and concerns, and seeking feedback to improve our products and services.

Budget Management: Assist in budget planning and tracking to ensure cost-effective implementation of marketing activities.

Compliance: Ensure marketing materials and campaigns comply with relevant regulations and standards in the paint industry.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.

Proven experience in marketing coordination or a similar role.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Creative thinking and the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.

Exceptional organizational and time management skills.

Analytical and data-driven approach to marketing.

Knowledge of the paint or construction industry is a plus.

**Salary**: R30,000.00 - R50,000.00 per month
