Well established BLUE CHIP FINANCIAL INSTITUTION / INSURANCE BROKERAGE situated in WESTVILLE has a vacancy for a SHORT TERM CLAIMS CONSULTANT to handle their VIP Client base.

**Description of Role**:
To provide VIP clients with an efficient and effective claims service and support in respect of their PERSONAL / DOMESTIC claims.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- The registration and maintenance of all motor and non-motor claims on existing policies
- Handling all claims until finality and within the Company Admin mandates
- Limited client liaison and assistance with queries
- Recoveries and Third Party approaches.

**Qualification/s & Experience**:

- Full qualification at NQF Level 4
- Class of Business Training (if applicable)
- FAIS Regulatory Exam (RE5)
- Minimum 5 YEARS DOMESTIC / PERSONAL LINES CLAIMS EXP ESS
- Attention to detail and a systematic, thorough approach
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Excellent conflict handling skills
- Highly competent with MS Office suite, paperless environment & Workflow experience. Behavioral Attributes
- A strong focus on customer service delivery, professionalism and integrity
- The ability to work under pressure, whilst maintaining good humour and effectiveness throughout
- Team player.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R18,000.00 - R25,000.00 per month

- Certificate (required)
