Service Advisor

**Title: Automotive Service Advisor Position**

**Location: Rustenburg, North-West**
**Salary: Market related + plus incentives**

A well-established and client-focused dealership is looking for an experienced Service Advisor for the frontline team. You will be responsible for client check in’s, quotes, job cards, upselling, extensive client and workshop liaison and administration. You will need at least 2 years of experience as a Service Advisor in a franchised dealership with working knowledge of Autoline, Evolve or similar.

The position requires a **highly** experienced, passionate person who enjoys autonomy and is confident in achieving business growth.

**Job Requirements**
At least 2 years of Service Advisor experience in a franchised motor dealership.
Working knowledge of Automate, CMS, Evolve or similar.
The ability to upsell and meet workshop targets.
Must be able to work under pressure, whilst maintaining excellent customer service.
A stable work history.
Contactable references.
Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken).
The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
Clear criminal record. Results Driven Ensure customer satisfaction and standards.

**Salary**: From R15,000.00 per month
