**Salary**
Basic salary + incentives +company contributions to medical aid and provident fund.
**Description**
Your main function is to provide excellent customer service consistently to service clients at a very busy franchise dealership. This dealership is part of a large automotive group.
**Requirements**:
- Previous working experience as a Service Advisor / After Sales Consultant at a franchise dealership for a minimum of 3 years.
- Excellent computer literacy skills including Kerridge / Evolve / Automate
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and spoken)
- The ability to handle conflict situations and a pressurised customer service environment.
- Clear criminal record
- Valid driver's license
