Social Media Specialist

A well-established organisation in the heart of Starwood is looking for a **Social Media Specialist.**

Purpose: Social media marketing specialist uses the power of social media platforms to promote businesses, brands and services. Manage the company’s social media accounts for the group, develop social media strategies and create content and advert campaigns.

**Duties**:

- Social channel management, managing the company’s presence on various social networks, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Tiktok, LinkedIn and website management.
- Content curation sourcing or creating content that is engaging and in line with brand image
- Monitoring & analytics, tracking conversations related to the brand on social media sites to gain insights into customer attitudes & preferences.
- Content creation, developing creative ideas which engage followers on multiple social media channels, creating original content (e.g., graphics, videos) for each platform.
- Channel Optimization, using various social media management tools to ensure posts are optimized for maximum reach, regularly test new strategies for community engagement.

Skills Required:

- Knowledge of digital marketing trends, familiarity with the latest social media trends and knowing how to use them for business growth.
- Strong communication skills
- Strategic planning abilities knowing how to plan and implement successful campaigns across multiple channels.

**Experience**:

- Must have 3 years similar experience in the same role
- Marketing qualification is essential
