Handyman/maintenance

*Job Title:* Handyman/Foreman

*Location:* Johannesburg East Rand

*Job Type:* Full-Time

*Start Date:* Immediate

*Key Responsibilities:*
- Perform general repair work on the building and property, including but not limited to structural, plumbing, and tiling repairs.
- Manage and oversee general building maintenance tasks to ensure a clean and safe environment for all occupants.
- Install, replace, and repair floors, stairs, and doors as required to maintain building integrity and appearance.
- Undertake the repair and painting of doors, windows, walls, ceilings, roofs, and other structural elements to keep them in good condition.
- Ensure that materials and supplies are well-stocked, organized, and readily available for maintenance tasks and projects.
- Plan and coordinate projects, including scheduling, resource allocation, and project execution, to ensure efficient and timely completion.

- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with the team, management, and external parties.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment, demonstrating a cooperative and supportive nature.
- Demonstrate leadership qualities, including the ability to manage, motivate, and provide guidance to team members when necessary.

*Qualifications and Requirements:*

- Matric Pass or equivalent educational certificate.**_

- Residency in Johannesburg East Rand**_

- Proven experience in a maintenance or handyman role with a diverse skill set in building repairs and maintenance.**_
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures related to building maintenance.
- Physical ability to perform manual tasks and work in various environmental conditions.
