**RS Recruitment Services** is assisting a well-established organisation in the **INK MANUFACTURING INDUSTRY** to recruit a **SALES ADMINISTRATOR** to be based at their office in **KEMPTON PARK JOHANNESBURG**. R10K to R15K ctc.

The **SALES ADMINISTRATOR** will be a member of the sales team and will play a key role in ensuring customers are provided with the highest levels of service as well as provide general administrative support to the Project Engineer and Bookkeeper.
- National Senior Certificate (or equivalent).
- 5 Years’ experience in an administration role in a sales environment where customer service was a focus.
- Computer literacy - intermediate knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Previous experience on an ERP system.
- Previous experience with QuickBooks, an advantage.
- Basic bookkeeping experience, an advantage.

**Key responsibilities, but not limited to**:

- Sales order processing.
- Administrative support to the Project Engineer - communication with customers, scheduling appointments, meeting agendas, travel arrangements, maintain customer profiles, submit attendance records and leave requests, filing, etc.
- Stock monitoring - managing the transfer of stock on the financial system, consolidate monthly stock sheets, track stock orders, etc.
- Tracking customer complaints.
- Supplier coordination and management.
- Administering courier services when required.
- Reception.

**Remuneration**:
R10 000 to R15 000ctc.
