Dealer Principal

**THIS POSITION REQUIRES FRANCHISED MOTOR DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE**

This is an exciting challenge for a hands on, driven motivator This rapidly growing volume brand dealership needs someone who will insert themselves into the community and build brand confidence. You will be responsible for the full profitability and productivity of the dealership, which includes sales, workshops, and parts. It is ESSENTIAL that you have at least 2 years of
**recent,** DP experience within a franchised dealership and a proven track record.

**Job Requirements**
At least 2 years of RECENT Dealer Principal experience in a franchised dealership

A proven track record in outstanding customer service

A good business and financial acumen
