- **Revit experience.**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Plan, design, audit, cost, specify, tender and project management of HVAC services for offices, retail, hospitals, hotels, gyms, data centres, and commercial and public buildings.**

- **Detail design complies with Regulations, Codes of Practice, and statutory requirements.**

- **Plan, design organize and control complete projects.**
***:

- **Prepare and present technical reports, financial reports, tender documentation, etc.**
***

**HVAC: Design Draughtsman**

**Minimum requirements**:

- **Grade 12**

- **Draughting Diploma/Certificate**

- **3D Software Certificate**
***:

- **Nesting Software**
***:

- **Experience in sheetmetal would be advantageous.**

- **Minimum 5 - 7 years of relevant working experience.**

- **Industrial Airconditioning and Refrigeration experience**

- **Reverse engineering**
***:

- **Solid Edge, Rivet, AutoCAD**
***
