**The Quality Controller reports to the Operations Manager**
- Daily warehouse activities in the collections and surrounding areas must be monitored and any deviance from good practise and current procedures needs to be reported. Will be required to carry out daily, weekly and monthly inspections as needed.
- To ensure success you need to multitask effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and perform your duties in a professional manner while delivering excellent service. Must be dedicated, competent, and have the ability to learn quickly. Must be a self-starter and problem solver with good communication skills. You need to be energetic, fit and strong minded with a good eye for details. One who understands the importance of procedures and processes. You need to have good administrative skills and definitely possess computer skills.**Responsibilities**:

- Ensure paperwork received is accurate and the flow thereof is as fast and effective as possible.
- Working on warehouse systems and capturing data as needed.
- Booking of courier collections on the website.
- Assisting customers at collections counter.
- Continuously checking and verifying of packed stock and relevant paperwork.
- Ensure weekly vehicle and reach truck inspections are done, recorded and filed.
- Weekly safety inspections in warehouse in respect of shelving condition and reporting of any damage.
- Fire extinguishers condition and validity.
- Reach stackers overall condition and monitoring of hours for service.**Inherent Requirements**
