**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of adhering to safety and hygiene protocols
- The ability to use all tools safely and efficiently the potential to work in a very cool atmosphere;
- Prepared cuts of meat by cutting.
- Prepared cuts to order.
- Inspected meat for quality.
- Removed non-meat portions including skin, feathers, bones.
- Cut and trimmed meat using knives.
- Prepared meat for packaging.
- Weighed meats.
- Cutting, trimming, slicing, and sectioning carcasses for future processing.
- Cutting and trimming the meat to make it fit for packing; inspecting meat products for defects.
- Bruises, and blemishes; removing excess fat.
- Obtaining and distributing specified meat or carcass
- Processing primal parts into cuts, and separating meats and by products into specified containers and seal containers.
