Verbesserung der Effizienz, Verringerung von Verschwendung, Ermittlung und Umsetzung von Lösungen, Einhaltung von Projektfristen und genaue Dokumentation der notwendigen Anforderungen, die in Übereinstimmung mit der lokalen/weltweiten strategischen Planung und den Standards in Übereinstimmung mit den Integritäts

Die Stellenanforderungen
- Nachgewiesene Fähigkeit, ein Umfeld für Ideenfindung, Prototyping und Produktion zu schaffen
- Nachgewiesener Geschäftssinn, um vom Entwurf zur Umsetzung zu gelangen, und vorzugsweise Erfahrung in der Skalierung eines Konzepts
- Erforderlich sind IT-Entwicklungs
- und Systemkenntnisse
- Erfahrung mit Softwareentwicklungsmethoden und -praktiken (Agile, Scrum usw.)
- Erfahrung in der Datenanalyse und fortgeschrittene Kenntnisse der Microsoft Office Suite, einschließlich Word, Excel und Outlook
- Ausgeprägtes Führungsverhalten mit guten Fähigkeiten zur Mitarbeiterführung und Problemlösungskompetenz
- Ausgeprägte zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten zur Pflege von Beziehungen zu einer Vielzahl von Partnern und Interessengruppen
- Hervorragende Fähigkeit zum effektiven Multitasking bei der gleichzeitigen Arbeit an mehreren Projekten

Ergebnisse
- Analyse, Gestaltung und Standardisierung aller relevanten Prozesse
- Entwerfen, Recherchieren, Entwickeln, Analysieren und Vorschlagen neuer Konzepte und Strategien.
- Koordination und Beratung mit Geschäftspartnern und Prozessexperten an lokalen und internationalen Standorten
- Vorbereiten, Prüfen und Koordinieren von Spezifikationsdokumenten mit Geschäftspartnern und externen IT-Lieferanten
- Verwalten von Ideen von der Entwurfsphase bis zur Implementierung.
- Planung und Kontrolle der Implementierungsaktivitäten, Konfiguration und Einrichtung des definierten Umfangs (einschließlich der erforderlichen Testaktivitäten)
- Systemeinführung und Go-Live-Unterstützung.
- Verwalten und Erfüllen der Kundenerwartungen und Sicherstellen, dass die Lieferung die Erwartungen erfüllt
- Koordinierung aller funktionsübergreifenden Aktivitäten, interne Vertretung der Kunden und Zusammenarbeit mit Führungskräften in verschiedenen Bereichen bei der projektübergreifenden Zuweisung und Ressourcenplanung.
- Sicherstellung der Entscheidungsfindung und des unabhängigen Urteilsvermögens bei gleichzeitiger Abstimmung mit Kunden und Management
- Initiieren, Entwickeln und Pflegen einer Reihe von Arbeitsbeziehungen innerhalb der IT und mit dem Unternehmen
