**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Consult with clients.
- Attend courts and other stakeholders’ offices.
- Prepare research on files.
- Attend meetings with all stakeholders.
- Draft legal documents
- Manage files and time.
- Assist with preparations for Community Engagement/ Service-Learning projects.

**Inherent requirements**:

- An LLB Degree on NQF Level 8.
- Willingness to register for Practical Vocational Training (PVT) and complete the compulsory vocational training courses during the 2-year contract period..

**Recommendations**:

- Excellent liaising and communication skills, with an excellent command of written and spoken English.
- A command of additional official South African languages will be a strong recommendation.
- Knowledge of practical legal training and access to justice.
- Computer literacy, including word processing, layout, and spreadsheet skills.
