We are looking for a confident Outsourcing Site Agent to join our well-established team based in Killarney Gardens.

**Requirements**:
Matric

Computer literacy, MS Outlook, Word, Excel pdf,

Good people skills communication

Verbal ,

Good Administration and organizational skills

Previous experience in the outsourcing industry advantageous

Valid driver’s license and PD

Overtime

Able to work under pressure.

Duties
- To provide excellent service to clients by seeing to all their labour outsourcing requirements.
- Perform a role as a client liaison to build and maintain supportive partnership with clients.
- Ensure Site requirements and Site-specific needs are understood and met.
- In liaison with Client
- Control the rotation of staff on various sites and ensuring that the correct number and category of staff are supplied at all times.
- Ensure all Client complaints/enquiries are resolved timeously or reported to the Ops Manager.
- Monitor time and attendance on Sites.
- Discipline of staff
- Address all human resources issues concerning all assignees.
- Arrange and control recruitment and training of assignees as back-up / replacement staff /peak.
- Project future recruitment requirements for Sites in liaison with the Client and ensure they are met.
- Ensure that all new employees have completed their appointment documents.
- Ensure your understanding of the Site Rate breakdown as well as that of your assignees.
- Ensure that hours are correctly calculated and allocated on timesheets.
- Distribute wage slips to assignees and deal with Wage queries arising.
- Deliver invoices on a monthly/weekly basis.
