**ABOUT US**:
The Seed of Hope has successfully implemented comprehensive services across the HIV and TB care continuum in Mpumalanga and mainly supports the Ehlanzeni District. The Seed of Hope was officially registered as an NPO in 2012 and it has 10 years in operation providing a Comprehensive prevention program for Adolescent Girls and Young Women and supporting families in enjoying blissful relationships.

**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
The Clinical Manager for Biomedical Services will lead and manage the delivery of biomedical interventions (HIV, TB, STI, SRH) for the AYP Program, for in-school and out-of-school in the City of Mbombela and Gert Sibande Districts.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE**
- Diploma or Degree in Nursing
- 3 years’ experience in health programs
- Numerical skills: Read and interpret basic graphs and tables, ability to calculate and interpret percentages
- NIMART Certificate, PC101 training, ICDM/ICSM
- 1 Year of experience in a Technical Assistance role (training, mentoring, and quality improvement initiatives) or research.

**KEY **P**ERFORMANCE AREAS**:

- Lead the overall planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of the AGYW biomedical interventions for AGYW aged 15 24 years in the Subdistrict to achieve results against set objectives.
- Oversee overall mapping of health facilities and PrEP sites for the provision of comprehensive biomedical services in the Subdistrict.
- Establish and manage relationships with key stakeholders i.e., government departments, community leadership, and other relevant stakeholders and sectors.
- Advocate for the effective roll-out of biomedical AGYW interventions including PrEP in identified sites and implement needs-based capacity-building activities i.e., training, mentoring, coaching, and supportive supervision for health care providers.
- Make sure the implementation of biomedical interventions supports and is aligned with relevant government guidelines and policies i.e., DOE, DSD, DOE, etc.
