As a member of the NTT Information Security Services Tower, you will provide a trusted connection throughout all aspects of information security. You will be an integral information security connection between service units and customers. The security team is responsible for establishing knowledge, acceptance, and compliance of Information Security Policies, monitoring, reporting, and aiding in the facilitation of risk reduction.

As an Information Security Senior Analyst, you will be expected to utilize skills such as information security strategy, information security compliance across teams, information security assessments, third party assessments, and certification standards alignment (i.e. ISO/IEC). The role is composed of a variety of activities, including very tactical, operational, and strategic activities in support of the CISO Team’s program initiatives, such as: Strategic support, third party assessments, operational information security support, and secure development support. Researches and evaluates cybersecurity threats and performs root cause analysis. Assists in the creation and implementation of security solutions. Provides information to management regarding impact on the business caused by theft, destruction, alteration, or denial of access to information and systems.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

- Develop, implement, and monitor a strategic, comprehensive enterprise information security and risk management program to ensure that the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of information is owned, controlled, or processed by the organization.
- Provide leadership to junior staff within information security organization.
- Facilitate cyber/information security governance through the direction of a hierarchical governance program.
- Develop, maintain, publish, and communicate up-to-date information security policies, standards, and guidelines. Oversee the approval, training, and dissemination of security policies and practices.
- Perform risk-based assessments and processes for third party risk management, including the assessment and treatment for risks that may result from partners, consultants, and other service providers.
- Work directly with the business units to facilitate risk assessment and risk management processes, and work with stakeholders throughout the enterprise on identifying and maintaining compliance.
- Assist with and review third party assessments for information security.
- Provide regular reporting on the status of the information security program to enterprise risk teams, supporting Information Security Officers in reporting to senior business leaders and the board of directors as part of a strategic enterprise risk management program.
- Develop and enhance an information security management framework based on ISO 27001/SOC2/PCI controls and Data Privacy Legislation.
- Provide strategic risk guidance for information technology projects, including the evaluation and recommendation of technical controls to meet security policies and standards.
- Perform configuration reviews of firewalls and other systems to facilitate alignment between the security and enterprise implementation teams.
- Coordinate information security and risk management projects with resources from the technology organization and business unit teams.
- Ensure that security programs comply with relevant laws, regulations, and policies to minimize or eliminate risk and audit findings.
- Assist with leading, managing, and investigating security incidents and events to protect corporate IT assets, including intellectual property, regulated data, and the company's reputation.
- Monitor the external threat environment for emerging threats and advise relevant stakeholders on the appropriate courses of action.
- Support and/or maintain disaster recovery and business continuity standards; procedures to align with enterprise business continuity management program goals.
- Coordinate the development of implementation plans and procedures to ensure that business-critical services are recovered in the event of a security event. Provide direction, support, and in-house consulting in these areas.
