Our client in the Chemical Industry is looking for a Plant Manager to join their team in Barberton

**Minimum requirements**:

- Matric
- Tertiary Qualifications in Chemical, Process or Mechanical Engineering (Not compulsory)
- 3-5 years’ experience in engineering process plant related industries and chemical plant processing equipment
- Competent IT Skills, in particular MS Office
- Experience with Hazardous Areas
- Excellent written and oral skills communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Plan, communicate, and participate in daily production
- Prepare technical reports, data summaries and other technical and regulatory documents as needed
- Develop an understanding of the relationships between process parameters and product properties
- First contact for advanced troubleshooting for Operations
- Validate technical solutions and documents results to drive toward a standardized Process Technology
- Provide technical input for Management
