As a **Claims Administrator**, you will be responsible for **managing** and **administering** **claims**, **maintaining** customer **databases**, and handling various **administrative** tasks.
***
Duties include:
***
- Updating and maintaining customer information.
- Generating financial statements and relate reports.
- Assigning claims to relevant branch managers.
- Handling customer queries and liaising with all relevant parties.
- Maintaining records and registers of all AOD’s and submitting for invoicing.
- Related administration.
You will need **grade 12** and a **Risk Management**, **Finance** or **Claim** Related **qualification** with at least **2 years** proven **experience** in **claims** **adjusting**.
