A well-established financial institution based in Durban is expanding their legal division. They are currently in search of a dynamic and target driven individual to join their team for the role of Foreclosure Consultant.

**Description**:

- Handle all arrear accounts transferred to the Foreclosure team and where it is necessary
- To institute legal action using approved attorneys on the firm's panel
- Negotiating with clients regarding their arrears
- Interaction on a daily basis with attorneys via telephone, letters, and E-mail
- Diarizing accounts for follow up on diary dates or sooner if the need arises
- Attending to ITC and Deeds Office enquiries where necessary
- Identify trigger accounts and maintain constant follow ups to reduce NPLS
- Preparing the minimum bid figures and advising the attorneys
- Be proactive and strategic in risk and compliance management by complying with all relevant legislation in Loss Control

**Education Profile**:

- LLB / B Com Law Degree
- Admitted Attorney
- A minimum of 3 to 4 years' experience performing Foreclosure responsibilities in a professional legal team
