**Description/ Roles and Responsibilities**:Must possess a strong sense of honesty and integrity. Must be computer literate i.e., Outlook, Excel, and Word. Leadership qualities, interactive, accurate capturing, self-motivated and a team player. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and able to work under pressure. Must be customer orientated with strong communication skills. Liaising with other departments within the organisation to ensure projects are completed. Perform supplier reconciliations in preparing requisitions for payments. Reconcile purchase orders to invoices. Ensure invoices are accurately captured daily. Receive and check all payment requisitions in accordance with Company policies and procedures. Load payments on the online banking system. Ensure that the banking details on supplier invoices match that of the creditor being paid. Respond to all queries relating to payments. Perform monthly supplier reconciliations to support all payments to approved suppliers. Deal with queries from creditors and staff regarding payments. Obtain reserve bank approvals and ensure approvals are renewed before expiration. Provide monthly creditors age analysis for review. The aforementioned primary duties will evolve and grow over time. **Education Level**:Matric / Grade 12 or similar
**Experience Level**:Proven work experience in a administrator position
**Special Requirements**:Own reliable transportation required
**Salary**: Up to R9,000.00 per month
