Description

The Expeditor forms and integral part of the Procurement, Stores and Sales function in the achievement of Operational objectives ensuring that regular follow ups are done with regards to supplier orders confirmation dates to ensure timeous kitting of jobs. The role involves problem solving and escalation to relevant managers where issues are determined.

Main responsibilities of the job include;
- Follow up with suppliers timeously to ensure all purchase orders are fulfilled with expected timeframes
- Escalation of any issues not in accordance with expectation to either the stores manager or the senior buyer.
- Monitoring of relevant dashboard to ensure every require follow up is made and accounted for timeously.
- Query resolution from related stakeholders including managers for any query related to the procurement or kitting date of a component part
- To ensure that the kitting BOM is returned to the buyers timeously in order for the buying process to commence.

**Minimum Requirements (knowledge/education/experience)**:
1. Excellent: Verbal and Written Communication with Suppliers.

2. PC Literate (MS Office)

3. SAP Accounting Literate

4. Industry Experience

5. Component Knowledge

6. 2-3 years experience in a similar role
