Job Title: Tutor

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions based on students' academic needs and goals.
- Develop and implement personalized learning plans that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
- Assist students in understanding course material, completing assignments, and preparing for exams.
- Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback and encouragement to foster academic growth.
- Collaborate with parents, teachers, and other stakeholders to ensure students receive comprehensive support.
- Stay updated on curriculum changes and educational best practices to enhance tutoring effectiveness.
- Maintain accurate records of tutoring sessions and student progress reports.

Qualifications:

- National Senior Certificate
- 6 months experience as a tutor or teacher
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping students succeed.
- Ability to adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Teaching certification or tutoring credential.
- Experience working with students from diverse cultural and academic backgrounds.
- Familiarity with educational technologies and online tutoring platforms.
