**Job description**

We are hiring Call Center Agents for Customer Service positions. To act first point of contact for customers to resolve queries, the loading of claims, mid-term adjustments, cancellations, payment queries to achieve a first-time resolution while competently managing the customer experience.

**PREREQUISITES REQUIREMENTS**:

- Clear Credit and Criminal record
- Minimum 6 Months experience
- Experience of delivering customer excellence
- Excellent written skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Ability to work rotational shifts.
- Matric
- Computer Literate and ability to speed type 20wpm.
- Administration, or Insurance or Claims or Customer Service, or Call Center Experience
- Background knowledge in the International Environment an Advantage

**COMPETENCIES**
- Customer Service, Attention to detail, Written Communication, Listening Skills, Resilience, Empathy, Stress Tolerance, and Basic Telephone Etiqutte.
- Must have fluent neutral accent, with the ability to articulate English and bubbly personality.
- Must be energetic, confident, enthusiastic, empathetic, and passionate.
- Excellent customer interaction service and excellent communication skills.
- Displaying empathy and embracing company values and customer charter.
- Demonstrate a calm and professional attitude.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Durban, KwaZulu-Natal: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required).
