**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company
- Manage Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
- Manage Bank and Credit Card Reconciliations
- Manage the online filing system and Asset Registry
- Analysis and control of expenses and variance to budgets
- Assistance with the preparation of Monthly Reporting
- Assistance with external reviews to ensure accurate year-end financials
- Reporting on account performance
- Manage relationships with various clients

**Skills**:

- Xero experience will be advantageous
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong Excel skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent Accounts Receivable management capabilities
- Outstanding reporting and presentation skills
- Statutory skills will be advantageous
- Excellent Time Management skills

**Requirements**:

- Thorough understanding of accountancy
- Full Bookkeeping Experience (Minimum 4-5 years)
- Monthly Reporting experience of (Minimum 2 years)
- Degree/Diploma
- Working Knowledge of an Accounting Package
