Customer Liaison Agent

AC Direct is looking for an experienced, hardworking and dedicated individual who is willing to add value and grow in an exciting and ever growing e-commerce store. AC Direct is the largest supplier of Air Conditioning products online in South Africa and also offers a wide range of other products. We have offices and warehouses throughout the country. AC Direct is a part of a group that has been in the industry for over 40 years. The position currently available is the role of a Customer Liaison Agent and daily responsibilities will include the following:
Duties include:

- Scheduling of installations and services
- Co-ordinate technical team activities and operations
- Optimizing operations to maximize efficiency & profitability
- Generate revenue from up selling & cross selling

Qualifications & Experience:

- Applicant must have proven experience in managing and coordinating teams

Skills & Attributes:

- Must be excellent communicators in English and Afrikaans
- Must have outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Must have excellent planning and organizational skills
- Must have experience in a technical field such as HVAC or related
- Must be able to travel and work in the Randvaal, Gauteng area
