The Specialist, Marketing Automation is responsible for the day to day technical management and operations of the Eloqua marketing automation platform. This includes responding to queries from campaign architects, troubleshooting and incident management.

This role is also responsible the management of the preference centre aligned to GDPR compliance requirements.

**Key Roles and Responsibilities**:
As a Marketing Automation Specialist your key responsibilities will include:

- Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) Administration tasks such as user management and permissions.
- Incident management and troubleshooting
- Educate business on new functionality available in the platform
- Manage platform integrations between Eloqua and Salesforce
- Maintain a list of all active landing pages and microsites
- Domain management for any Eloqua pages
- Manage and test tracking scripts where necessary
- Platform security maintenance
- Manages the technical components of the preference centre
- Extract database health reports - in conjunction with the Contact Data Administrator
- Advanced editing and form processing set up
- Technical Campaign support
- Sharing of Eloqua best practice and assistance with implementing these practices
- Setup and maintenance of lead scoring models
- Log and track support requirements via Oracle Help Centre
- Log and track support queries with the Salesforce team
- Ongoing communication and stakeholder management

**Education, Training and Experience**:
As a Marketing Automation Specialist, your skills, qualifications and experience will include:

- 3 to 5 years experience technically managing a marketing automation platform
- Formal Eloqua certification
- A solid understanding of Salesforce
- A demonstrated understanding of GDPR compliance requirements
- A solid understanding of demand generation activities

- Strong interpersonal and communications skills (both in person and in writing)
- Excellent stakeholder management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
