Redstone Commodity Search are working with an international commodities trading house looking to hire a Steel Trader to join the team in South Africa.

**Key Responsibilities / Tasks**
- Manage the already existing book of business within the South African market and surrounding countries.
- Continue developing a network in South Africa and surrounding countries to maximize profitability.
- Maintain a strong understanding of competitors activities and customer/supplier performance.
- Role reports to Managing Director.

**Key Qualifications / Experience**
- 5+ years’ experience in the Steel trade or sales environment.
- Experience with Long and/ or Flat steel products is a must.
- Experience within the South African market and surrounding countries is a must.
- Able to take over a book and develop it further to maximise P&L.
- Located / willing to relocate/ or happy to travel regularly to South Africa.
