**Key Responsibilities**
- Educating and supporting employees on wellness and overall wellbeing.
- Counselling employees on wellness and overall wellbeing.
- Caring and supporting employees on wellness issues.
- Efficient administering of the wellness programme.
- Promoting employees wellness and overall wellbeing.
**Minimum Qualifications**:
- HR/Social Work/ Nursing Qualification or any other relevant tertiary qualification.
- Driver’s license Code EB (08).
**Minimum Experience**:
- 3 Years working knowledge in the employee wellness/health space.
**Behavioural Competencies**:
- Ability to conform and adhere to rules, to closely follow instructions and procedures and minimize risks by complying with processes.
- Applies practical skills when investigating issues and is practically minded and applies common sense.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
- Is comfortable leading people, coordinating and directing groups.
- Ability to take action, use own initiative to start things up and use personal drive and energy.
