**Position Overview**: As an Estate Caretaker & Maintenance, your primary role is to ensure that all maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and with a keen eye for detail. You will be responsible for hands-on maintenance, overseeing and doing repair work across commercial areas and Villa's, and addressing HOA maintenance queries to uphold the impeccable condition of our properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Hands-on Maintenance**:

- Perform a wide range of hands-on maintenance tasks.
- Ensure all maintenance work is completed to high-quality standards.
- **Maintenance Coordination**:

- Plan and schedule routine maintenance tasks for properties, including regular inspections and repairs.
- Coordinate maintenance activities with your team and external contractors.
- **Attention to Detail**:

- Inspect properties thoroughly to identify even the smallest maintenance needs or issues.
- Pay close attention to detail to maintain the properties in pristine condition.
- **HOA Maintenance Queries**:

- Act as the primary point of contact for homeowners' association (HOA) maintenance queries.
- Collaborate with HOA representatives to address and resolve maintenance requests.
- **Emergency Response**:

- Be available to respond to property maintenance emergencies promptly.
- Ensure swift resolution of urgent issues to minimize property damage.
- **Record Keeping**:

- Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, repairs, and expenses.
- Keep accurate maintenance logs for each property.
- **Vendor Management**:

- Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance work.
- Ensure vendor work aligns with property care standards.
- **Compliance and Regulations**:

- Ensure properties comply with all relevant local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in property maintenance.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certifications in property maintenance are a plus.
- Proven hands-on experience in property maintenance, construction, or related fields.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using maintenance tools and equipment.
