- Schedule appointments and book treatments with our medical practitioners across 7 locations and multiple medical services (Physiotherapy, Biokinetics, Doctor (GP), Dentist).
- Meet practice objectives.
- Efficiently understand patient treatment requirements and effectively communicate our services and pricing.
- Verify medical aid benefits, treatment authorizations, and assist patients in understanding their coverage.
- Prepare and send patient and medical aid reports timely and accurately.
- Update practice data reports weekly and accurately.
**Requirements**:
- In-depth knowledge of medical aid processes and policies, including familiarity with ICD 10 codes and benefits verification.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret medical aid benefits accurately.
- Experience in obtaining treatment authorizations from medical aid providers.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex medical aid information clearly to patients.

- Ability to quickly grasp and understand various medical treatments and procedures, combined with strong interpersonal skills to engage with patients and ascertain their needs.
- Proficiency in communicating detailed information about services and pricing clearly and effectively, with the sales acumen to promote the practice’s services persuasively.
