**Job Description**:

PURPOSE

The main purpose of this role is to provide an organisational research and enterprise business architectural function to assist the Strategy and Transformation Officer with the overall strategy management process in line with the company’s strategy management policy and frameworks.

You will be expected to provide a structured, model-driven approach to assist with the building and managing of the organization’s transformation journey in line with the Company’s strategy and desired operating model.

You would be expected to understand the ways in which business strategy and value streams are translated into operation, integrating organization, process, and information elements. This role will enable the realization of the strategic objectives.

You will engage with the following stakeholders:

- Office of the CEO
- Internal & external business owners
- Internal & external technical specialists
- Regulatory bodies
- Board of Directors

Your key responsibilities include:

- Demonstrate innovative thinking in area of expertise and translate this into business process/ solutions/ working practice improvements/changes
- Developing and maintaining business capabilities of the enterprise in line with the corporate strategy as well as contributing to the business strategy and plans
- Ensure that the developed strategy is underpinned by clear priorities and responsibilities across the enterprise
- Develop and communicate processes and standards for the seamless translation of the strategy to appropriate levels.
- Conduct end-to-end research in response to external and internal developments in support of the strategy development process.
- Develops a business architecture strategy for the organisation
- Applies a structured business architecture approach and methodology
- Captures the tactical and strategic enterprise goals
- Describes the primary business functions of the enterprise
- Defines the set of strategic, core and support processes
- Defines the data shared across the enterprise
- Captures the relationships among roles, capabilities, and business units
- Make recommendations to improve the business
- Provide information to the business in a way that it results into concrete actions
- Looks after organisational blueprints
- Communicates effectively with organisational stakeholders
- Measures performance and change initiatives
- Critiques strategies and initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS / KNOWLEDGE
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. Ideally, majors include Physics, Math, Computer Science, or Information Technology Management
- Many years (6+) in Senior (Enterprise) Business Architecture, Solutions Architecture roles in Platform related business models, operating models, operations.
- Experience with enterprise architecture modeling tools, practices, and standards
- Required computer literacy levels

EXPERIENCE
- Demonstrated aptitude for analytics and general business concepts
- Excellent written and verbal command of English
