We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Pass Coordinator to join our team. The Pass Coordinator plays a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the dining area, maintaining the high standards of service that our guests expect. This position requires exceptional organization, communication, and teamwork skills, as well as a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate the flow of food from the kitchen to the pass (expedition) area, ensuring timely delivery to the dining area.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff, servers, and management to ensure accurate and efficient food delivery.
- Monitor food quality and presentation, ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's standards before being served to guests.
- Collaborate with servers to manage timing and sequencing of orders, ensuring that each table receives their meals promptly and simultaneously.
- Address any discrepancies or issues with food orders, working closely with kitchen staff and management to resolve problems quickly and professionally.
- Ensuring that guest inquiries or special requests are communicated and executed.
- Act as a liaison between the kitchen and front-of-house staff, relaying important information and updates as needed.
- Contribute to a positive and collaborative work environment, demonstrating professionalism and teamwork in all interactions with colleagues and guests.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a similar role is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate with team members.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, while remaining calm and composed.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the demands of the restaurant industry.

Shift starts at 16:30 and ends around 23:00, 5 days per week.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: R6 500,00 - R7 500,00 per month
