**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Support company estimating department during the project cost estimation phase
- Collation of bid/quote documents
- Sourcing leads and monitoring/evaluating/archiving bid adjudications and submissions. Accurately save and file all documents. Follow up on quotation requests in a timeous manner
- Lead sourcing monitoring and chasing
- Prepare documentation for bid/quote submission by considering all its functions
- Utilize all tools necessary to lay out, adjust and present final documentation at the highest level of quality
- Populate and manage quote controls
- Communicate clearly and effectively with clients, colleagues, suppliers and other parties
- Acts as a resource to project management during the award/start-up phase to clarify any issues regarding what
- was considered in the estimate including materials and methods of installation.
- Project administration: Contract notices, guarantees, electronic filing etc
- Finalisation of Accounts
- Dispute Resolution

**REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)**
- B.Sc(QS) or B.Tech degree in the built and/or landscaping environment
- A minimum of 5 years of estimating experience in the built and/or landscaping environment
- Contactable references
- Working knowledge of NEC, GCC and JBCC suite of contracts
- No criminal record (Criminal checks will be undertaken)
- Financially stable (Credit checks will be undertaken

**Salary**: R25,000.00 - R35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Muizenberg, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
