Supervisor Trainer

Position available for an experienced, competent, confident trainer to deliver training in various formats (on site, online, etc).

- **Fluent in Swahili**:

- Passport valid for at least 2+ years
- Ability to travel internationally for extensive periods of time
- Valid Driver’s Licence
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- At least 2 years’ experience as a trainer
- Professional

As a Management and supervisory trainer, **work directly with people at all levels of an organization to deliver training programs and assess learning progress**.
- A deep and thorough understanding of the business or organization, to maximize the organization’s resources and build an efficient and productive workforce
- Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills to understand problems, convey ideas, and conduct training, and all of these are carried out through words
- Creative and innovative thinking, to keep training delivery innovative and hold trainees’ attention
- Excellent presentation skills to present and handle training programs effectively
- Well-developed administrative skills, as an employee trainer is required to manage training programs efficiently
- Several years of professional work experience in a related position
- A Bachelor’s degree in disciplines such as Human Resources, Psychology, or Business, or in other related discipline.
