**About the role**
We are looking for a highly motivated and curious Sales Growth Consultant with a strong interest in tech sales. This opportunity enables you to be part of a sales team within a UK-based regulatory reporting and tax automation provider. This role will drive sales growth by identifying and targeting large enterprise opportunities across different industries and markets. Furthermore, you will be part of both contributing to and executing client campaigns such as entering new markets, launching new products, or breaking into new industries.
You will have the opportunity to work closely with our client’s executive leadership team and learn how AI-powered workflow technology can be utilized to enhance the finance function. We provide an intense training program and ongoing coaching sessions that will equip you for success in your role. Over time, you will take on more responsibilities, mentor junior members, and ultimately have a clear career path to management mapped out for you.
**Key responsibilities**:
- Identify and acquire new business with good-fit large enterprise accounts
- Create a sales pipeline that’s essential for driving the client’s revenue growth
- Reach out and engage with Tax and Finance leaders across UK and Europe
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product, etc.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed targets
- Take ownership of your daily metrics and structure
**Requirements**:
- University Bachelor's 3 year degree (Commerce, Business Science, Finance, Business Management or equivalent)
- 1+ years client-facing work experience (post-grad/studies)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Strong interest in the tech and startup space
- Excellent verbal communication and written skills
- High levels of energy, self-starter attitude, and entrepreneurial spirit
- Based in Cape Town
- South African citizen or permanent resident
