- We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our Training and Develeopment team based at our Rosebank Head Office.- The purpose of the role is to contribute to meeting the objectives of the Cartrack Academy through facilitation, assessment and whilst at the same time ensuring complience with the SETA**Minimum requirements**
- National Senior Certificate/ Grade 12
- Relevent Business Diploma
- Registered Assessor / Moderator with Service SETA
- Qualified as an SME with QCTO for qualification relating to service SETA
- Facilitation, Assessment and Moderation experience relating to Service SETA qualification at NQ4/5 Level
- Previous managment experience within business at a senior level
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong level of EQ and Assertiveness
