- Daily and weekly production plans and scheduling.

- Managing finished goods & WIP within min & max stocking levels.

- Creating and maintaining of seasonal stock build plan.
- Cross-functional communication between operations and sales.
- Planning factory to maximize efficiency and capacity.
- Sharing adherence to plan reports with factory management.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.

- Demonstrated experience in capacity planning, forecasting, executing, and managing demand and planning activities.
- Change management experience implementing strategic demand and planning initiatives driven from corporate strategy.
- Current knowledge of industry practices, trends, and issues.
