- Reconcile cash sales, debtors, bank, and creditors
- Monitor debtors balance
- Opening of new accounts
- Sorting out supplier queries (price differences, discrepancies, short deliveries etc.)
- Request monthly statements
- Reconcile statements to age analysis.
- Ensure all invoices / credits are processed in the correct period
- Submit reconciliations to management for payment.
- Filing & maintaining of all supplier source documents
