Pharmaceutical company in the Southern suburbs is looking for a Receptionist to work in the Human resources department on a part-time/ Indefinite Ad Hoc basis.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Switchboard
- Reception
- Courier Services
- Administrative support
- Assist Facilities Supervisor/ Receptionist with arranging flower delivers, as per internal procedure
- Attend to any other responsibilities as required
- Housekeeping
- Assist with facilitating the internal shopping requirements and ensure kitchens are adequately stocked
- Liaise with housekeeping staff to ensure effective services across the company
**Requirements**:
- Reception/customer service experience.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Professional telephone manner.
- IT literate.
- Flexibility to cover shifts at short notice.

**Salary**: R8,000.00 - R10,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- Administrative office procedures, practices and equipment: 1 year (preferred)
