- Monitor progress and update records accurately.
- Maintain compliance with relevant regulations and procedures.

**Productivity Management**:
Adherence to Tracing Targets:

- Monitor and track key performance indicators such as number of tracing attempts, successful contacts, and quality of leads obtained.

Quality and Compliance Management:

- Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards pertaining to tracing activities.
- Maintain high standards of quality and accuracy in tracing processes and documentation.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of 2 years working experience in a tracing or investigative role, with a proven track record of success.
- Clean criminal record.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Proficient in computer use, including tracing systems and databases.
- Familiarity with tracing methodologies and tools is advantageous.
