**Medical Receptionist, Cape Town**

Our client, a Dermatologist based in Claremont, Cape Town is seeking to recruit a medical receptionist.

**Requirements**:

- Diary and appointment management
- Answering incoming calls
- Creating patient files
- Managing patient flow
- Liaison with external representatives and suppliers
- Typing various practice notes
- Scanning and uploading of documentation
- Assisting with follow ups or rescheduling of appointments
- Ensure the smooth and effective functioning of the practice
- Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable
- General administration
- Invoicing to patients and managing cash/credit card payments
- Maintain collaborative relationships with the patients
- Maintain efficient patient service
- Maintain confidentiality of all doctor, staff and patient information

**Qualification**:

- Matric
- At least 2. 3 years experience in a medical practice
- GoodX/Cliniko software experience would be an advantage

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize
- Computer literacy and high attention to detail

**Working hours**:
Monday to Friday, 08h00 17h00
