IT Intern

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- We are seeking an IT intern with a passion for technology, collaboration; creative problem solving skills that will actively contribute to meaningful projects and work closely with a mentor and with senior leadership. _

**KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS**
- Job Shadow a mentor on tasks to be able to provide technical IT support.
- Provide research for IT related projects including documentation and relevant reports.
- Assisting staff / clients to resolve challenges.
- Configure hardware equipment according to ICT Standards.
- Attend to IT meetings when required with relevant information and statistics.
- Undertake to perform an effective and efficient help desk services on behalf of IT Department to RDM.
- Working alongside teams within the business to establish business needs.

**POST REQUIREMENTS**:

- Problem solving / trouble shooting skills.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Team Player and must be able to function individually with mínimal supervision.
- Matured and highly professional.
- Strong commitment to meet deadlines.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to think proactively.
- Attention to detail.
- Code 08 Driver’s License

WHAT QUALIFICATIONS YOU SHOULD HAVE
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology
