**Description**:
Our client is looking for a Fleet Controller familiar with chemical tanker transport and prepared to work rotating shifts. The site is based in Cato Ridge, so must have transport. Duties include:

- Daily scheduling / planning and fleet allocation
- Trip sheet generation on ERP
- Brief and debrief pre and post trip
- Compile document pack per trip
- Calculate tanker dips as per product density and include in document pack
- Allocate correct tanker to trip ensuring compatibility
- Pre inspect tankers for cleanliness per trip
- Tracking / trip management, ensure on time delivery
- Communicate timeously ETA's to clients
- Attend to issues after hours, available on cell 24/7
- Inspect and compile POD packs for submission to finance post trip
- Fuel / ODO / mass variances to be addressed and reported immediately
- Driver daily log sheet compiled fully and correctly
- Facilitate and document driver 1st level Disciplinary action
- Download driving reports and attend to exceptions
- Driver management
- Product compatibility previous load to next load

Previous relevant experience is essential.
