Our client in Malmesbury is looking to employ a Quality Administrator.
This position will primarily be responsible for the management of quality processes and document control as well as management of ISO systems.
Position will report to the Quality Manager.
**PURPOSE OF THE ROLE**:
Document control and management of quality processes
Development and implementation of quality management (ISO systems)
Perform and record internal audits
Monitor and open Customer complaints, Corrective action reports
Training employees on ISO policies and procedures
Monitor and communicate Non conformances
Write and amend procedures as required
Capture and trending Microbial results
**REQUIREMENTS FOR THE ROLE**:
Relevant degree/diploma
At least 3-5 years’ experience in a similar position
ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001: 2018 experience will be advantage, Minimum of 3-4 years’ experience.
Computer literate
Team player
Planning and reporting skills
Good communication skills
Highly motivated and self-starter
