**Position Overview**:
We are seeking a Photography Studio Manager to join our team. As the Studio Manager,

you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our studio, managing

administrative tasks, coordinating photography sessions, and overseeing the overall

customer experience. If you are organized and detail-oriented, we want to hear from you

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the photography studio, including scheduling, staff management, and inventory control.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, scheduling appointments, and managing customer relations.
- Manage studio finances, including invoicing, budgeting, and expense tracking.
- Collaborate with photographers and other team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve studio operations and services.

**Requirements**:

- experience in a similar role within the photography industry, with a strong understanding of studio operations and customer service principles.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and team members.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite
