The incumbents will be responsible to provide a technical service to customers by diagnosing, repairing or sending the customers’ IT equipment to the relevant repair agent

**Desired Education, Experience & competencies**
- Matric/ Grade 12
- A+ certified
- At least 1 years’ hardware repair experience
- 1 Year experience dealing with warranties
- Experience working with customers
