Specialist: Systems Integration

Coordinate with the central product or subproduct owner about the use and further development/optimisation of local software resources.
- Analyse and evaluates data in a standardized and a demand-orientated way.
- Create standardized and demand-orientated reports.
- Identify and support data use cases and act as an enabler at the development of these use cases.
- Support the integration of local data sources in the central data structures to enable the usage of the local data in the BMW Group.
- Ensure up to date, completeness, and plausibility of all relevant building technology (master) data in the relevant systems.
- Implement change management practices to ensure sustainable operations and delivery of services.
- Identify risk management inputs to support the strategic framework development.
- Recognise and managing stakeholders needs, in an acceptable manner, and which are cost justified.
- Identify workable regional channels to interface, liaise and cooperate with internal/external business customers, external agencies and suppliers, in order to leverage support for the BMW Group.
- Share strategies and processes with business partners and with central functions, and other BMW centres of competences.

You will ensure overall compliance to ICS (Internal Controls Systems).

**Qualifications**:
Education and competencies
- Minimum of a B.Tech Degree in Engineering from an accredited educational institution.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a technical engineering/production environment (preferably manufacturing).
- Ability to think innovatively and design and deliver client oriented digital solutions.
- Competence in data analysis, data evaluation and digitalisation.
- Working knowledge of software and data management tools typically used in Property Development, Facilities Management, Energy Management and Security.
