Our Company is looking for a Junior Travel Consultant to join our team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Planning and organizing amazing holidays for clients, based on understanding their needs.
- Meeting company sales and profit targets
- Overseeing the booking process through to completion
- Creating holiday proposals
- Organizing pre-arrival arrangements for clients
- Provide customers with exceptional aftersales service
- Advise clients of the correct payment plan
- Quote Luxury products to our clients over the phone
- Administration

**Requirements**:

- Diploma in Tourism
- Experience Galileo system
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role

Salary depending on experience.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Epping, Western Cape: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Diploma (required)

**Experience**:

- Galileo: 2 years (required)
- Travel: 2 years (preferred)
- Travel Customer Service: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
