Branch Administrator Scheduler

Our company needs a reliable, organized Branch Administrator/Scheduler to manage the day-to-day Scheduling, administrative and operational aspects. The successful applicant will have a positive attitude, determination, and excellent communication skills. If you see yourself working in an administrative and operational position in a fast-paced environment and meet the minimum requirements then this role is for you.
**Minimum Requirements**:
- Critical thinker and problem-solving skills
- Team player
- Fully Bilingual in Afrikaans and English
- Learns quickly and able to change in fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A high level of attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Own reliable transport
- Matric Certificate
**Responsibilities**:
- The end to end process of Scheduling tasks:
- Client liaising
- Appointment booking
- Calendar entries
- Ticket monitoring, tracking and updating
- Route plotting and mapping
- General office clerk duties and errands in associated with the Branch
- Administrate and manage the cash drawer daily
- Facilitate client payments at the branch as well as any client account enquiries
- Provide client support
- Adherence to all policies and procedures
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
Experience as an administrator with an operational background or similar position will be to your advantage.
