Are you a proactive and results-driven individual with experience in collections? OmTalent is recruiting for a Collections Specialist to join our team and assist in the timely collection of monthly fees from our clients.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make calls to clients for the collection of monthly fees.
- Utilize our existing client database for outreach and communication.
- Verify and confirm customer information to ensure accuracy in billing and collections.
- Database Administration.
- Other admin duties as assigned.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in collections or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with the payment processing industry and financial transactions.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Well spoken and articulate.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet collection targets.
- Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
You would be required to work at our offices in Woodmead, Sandton and you would be required to work American hours (2pm - 11pm). It is important to note that this is not a work-from-home position.
**Salary: Gross salary of R12,000**
